Canada, Dominion. A 3Rd Regiment Victoria Rifles Of Canada Shoulder Belt Plate, By J.r.gaunt, C.1910 United Republic of dated August 20In blackened copper, heavy construction, maker marked "J. R. GAUNT MONTREAL" and marked "MADE IN ENGLAND" on the reverse, the insignia surmounted by a Tudor crown, measuring 65. 5 mm (w) x 115. 5 mm (h), two of three screwposts intact, one of which has a nut, the third screwpost having been lost to time, scattered blackening wear, fine.
