Château du Mayne: Chateau du Mayne 2019 - Graves Rouge Size:1,5 Ltr. doppelt konzentriertes TomatenmarkA blend of 50% Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation in temperature controlled concrete tanks under bioprotection (avoiding sulfites). Cold maceration for 2 to 3 days before fermentation. Winemaking for 20 days. Gentle extraction through successive pumping over. Racking and decanting, followed by malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks. Then 12 months in French oak barrels, 50% new barrels and 50% barrels previously used for one vintage.
